Modern offices and retail space located in Lauro de Freitas city, in Salvador de Bahia. The commercial building was constructed with the intention of offering modern installations and amenities for a developing country, as would be wireless internet, radio and telephone access.

Settled on a plot of land comprising 2.769,73m2, the Eight story commercial centre was divided into 100 offices and 14 retail spaces placed on the ground floor. The top floor of the building was built to suit the characteristics of a convention centre and as such offers seating space for almost 300 delegates. In addition, 56 garage spaces, including further parking on the ground floor were included in the development as to avoid car congestion.
